Elrosa is a city in Stearns County, Minnesota. U.S. Route 71 serves as a main route in the community. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.17 square miles (0.44 km2), all of it land. The elevation is 1,312 ft (400 m) above sea level.

As of the census of 2010, there were 211 people, 85 households, and 62 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,241.2 inhabitants per square mile (479.2/km2). There were 91 housing units at an average density of 535.3 per square mile (206.7/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 98.6% White and 1.4% from two or more races.
There were 85 households of which 27.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.6% were married couples living together, 4.7% had a female householder with no husband present, 10.6% had a male householder with no wife present, and 27.1% were non-families. 24.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.42 and the average family size was 2.87.
The median age in the city was 42.5 years. 22.3% of residents were under the age of 18; 11.8% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 17.1% were from 25 to 44; 24.2% were from 45 to 64; and 24.6% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 51.7% male and 48.3% female.

ELROSA, a city in section 9 of Lake George Township, was incorporated as a village on March 1, 1938; it was settled about 1907, and the post office was established in 1913; it had a station of the Soo Line.
