Kenneth is a city in Rock County, Minnesota. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.05 square miles (2.72 km2), all of it land. The elevation is 1,578 ft (481 m) above sea level.

As of the census of 2010, there were 68 people, 29 households, and 18 families residing in the city. The population density was 64.8 inhabitants per square mile (25.0/km2). There were 31 housing units at an average density of 29.5 per square mile (11.4/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 100.0% White.

There were 29 households of which 24.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.7% were married couples living together, 3.4% had a female householder with no husband present, 6.9% had a male householder with no wife present, and 37.9% were non-families. 31.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.34 and the average family size was 2.94.

The median age in the city was 44 years. 22.1% of residents were under the age of 18; 7.4% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 20.6% were from 25 to 44; 32.4% were from 45 to 64; and 17.6% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 58.8% male and 41.2% female.

KENNETH, a city in sections 1 and 2 of Vienna, platted in July 30, 1900, and incorporated as a village on July 20, 1921, was named for a son of Jay A. Kennicott, owner of "a section farm half a mile south of the new town." The city developed when the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad came through in 1899; its post office began in 1900, with James L. Hogan, postmaster, in his general store.
