Mille Lacs County is a county located in the U.S. state of Minnesota. As of 2000, the population was 22,330. Its county seat is Milaca6. A portion of the Mille Lacs Indian Reservation is in the county.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,766 km² (682 mi²). 1,488 km² (574 mi²) of it is land and 278 km² (107 mi²) of it (15.74%) is water.
