Walters is a city in Faribault County, Minnesota. County Highways 30 and 31 are two of the main routes in the community. Minnesota State Highway 22 is nearby. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.20 square miles (0.52 km2), all of it land. The elevation is 1,260 ft (384 m) above sea level.

As of the census of 2010,
there were 73 people, 31 households, and 20 families
residing in the city. The population density was 365.0
inhabitants per square mile (140.9 /km2). There were 36
housing units at an average density of 180.0 per square
mile (69.5 /km2). The racial makeup of the city was
98.6% White and 1.4% from other races. Hispanic or
Latino of any race were 1.4% of the population. There were 31 households
of which 22.6% had children under the age of 18 living
with them, 54.8% were married couples living together,
3.2% had a female householder with no husband present,
6.5% had a male householder with no wife present, and
35.5% were non-families. 25.8% of all households were
made up of individuals and 12.9% had someone living
alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average
household size was 2.35 and the average family size was
2.75. The median age in the
city was 43.8 years. 19.2% of residents were under the
age of 18; 9.5% were between the ages of 18 and 24;
24.7% were from 25 to 44; 24.7% were from 45 to 64; and
21.9% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup
of the city was 54.8% male and 45.2% female.
